StumbleBandits sign ex-Utah guard

The Bandits of the International Basketball League signed former Utah guard Tony Harvey to a one-year contract. Harvey played the last two seasons at Utah. In 56 games he averaged 9.3 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.
The Bandits' first home game will be on Dec. 14. Call 938-3838 for ticket information.
