Victor Manuel Barragan

Victor Manuel Barragan, 78, of Henderson died Monday in a local care center. He was born June 6, 1922, in Veracruz, Mexico. A resident for 30 years, he was a retired maitre d'.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. graveside services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Leroy Wallace Clark

Leroy Wallace Clark, 73, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 18, 1927, in Loveland, Colo. A resident for 20 years, he retired from the Teamsters Local 631, was a World War II Army veteran and was a member of the Elks in Ontario, Calif.

He is survived by two daughters, Yvonne Kennedy and Doris Clark, both of Las Vegas; two brothers, Albert Clark of Las Vegas and Eugene Clark of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two sisters, Viola Langston of Pahrump and Ruth Neville of Loveland; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services are scheduled 1 p.m. Friday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home. Burial will be in Paradise Memorial Gardens.

David Goldwater

David Goldwater, 83, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 26, 1917, in Stockton, Calif. A resident for 53 years, he was an attorney, a World War II Marine Corps veteran, past president of Congregation Ner Tamid, and a member of American College of Trial Lawyers and the Nevada Bar Association.

He is survived by four sons, David Goldwater and Jason Goldwater, both of Las Vegas, Garrett Goldwater of Austin, Texas, and Daniel Tucker of Telluride, Colo.; one daughter, Hillary Sossi of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; one sister, Noni Goldwater of San Francisco; one brother, Judge Bert Goldwater of Reno; and two grandchildren.

Services are scheduled 1 p.m. Wednesday in Congregation Ner Tamid, 2761 Emerson Ave. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Hilda Harrison

Hilda Harrison, 98, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local care center. She was born Dec. 21, 1901, in Lund. A lifelong resident, she was a homemaker and a member of Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, Literary Club and the Elks.

She is survived by one daughter, Donna Mae Fransen of North Las Vegas; two brothers, Fred Oxborrow of Salt Lake City and Don Oxborrow of Reno; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation if scheduled 6-8 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Additional visitation will be 9-9:30 p.m. Wednesday with services following at 10 a.m. in the Pecos and Osage LDS chapel. Burial will be in Lund.

Curtis Eugene Johnson

Curtis Eugene Johnson, 69, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. He was born July 8, 1931, in Illiopolis, Ill. He was a driver in the construction industry.

He was preceded in death by his son, Gregory Eugene Johnson.

He is survived by his wife, Mary of Cottonwood Cove; two daughters, Pamela Tope of Henderson and Marsha Irete of Las Vegas; and seven grandchildren.

Leonard A. Lunetto

Leonard A. Lunetto, 79, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born June 18, 1921, in Los Angeles. A resident for 28 years, he was a retired butcher, a World War II Navy veteran and a employee of the Review-Journal.

He is survived by two sons, Mike Lunetto and John Lunetto, and his companion, Christina Longnecker, all of Las Vegas; one sister, Helen Pizzatol of Temple City, Calif.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is scheduled 2 p.m. Sunday in Cornerstone Christian Fellowship, 5825 W. Eldora St. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Phyllis M. Mader

Phyllis M. Mader, 78, of Boulder City died Sunday in Boulder City. She was born Oct. 28, 1922, in Merrill, Wis. A resident for 14 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, John; one daughter, Linda Crosby of Houston; three sons, Peter Mader of Santa Clarita, Calif., David Mader of West Hills, Calif., and John K. Mader of Boulder City; one sister, Marion Howery of Kalamazoo, Mich.; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, handled arrangements.

Stanley Matysek

Stanley Matysek, 78, of Las Vegas died Oct. 20 in Las Vegas. He was born June 5, 1922, in Niagara Falls, N.Y. A resident for 30 years, he was a real estate company owner and a World War II Army and Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Ena; four sons, John Matysek, Manuel Matysek, Henry Matysek and Jeovani Matysek, and one daughter, Tanya Matysek, all of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services were scheduled at 12:30 p.m. today in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., handled arrangements.

Michael Moylan

Michael Moylan, 58, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born March 23, 1942, in Bayard, Iowa. A resident for 27 years, he was a retired grocery store receiver and an Air Force veteran.

He is survived by one son, Cary Moylan of Las Vegas; two brothers, Tim Moylan of Tennessee and Blaine Moylan of Illinois; and one grandchild.

A memorial service is scheduled 3 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Gwen O'Neill

Gwen O'Neill, 52, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born April 19, 1948, in Butler, Pa. A resident for 35 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen; two daughters, Kim Buckler and Kelly Carlson, and one brother, Daniel Fewkes, all of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 2 p.m. graveside services Wednesday at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

John Guy Porcaro

John Guy Porcaro, 86, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospice. He was born May 9, 1914, in Racine, Wis. A resident for 35 years, he was a retired casino bartender.

He is survived by three sisters, Louise Cocanate and Lucille Porcaro, both of Wisconsin, and Rose Rider of California; two brothers, Sam Porcaro and Michael Porcaro, both of Wisconsin; and three grandchildren.

Visitation was scheduled from 3 p.m. until a 5 p.m. wake today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services are scheduled 10 a.m. Wednesday in Guardian Angel Cathedral. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Carol M. Rambacher

Carol M. Rambacher, 49, of Henderson died Sunday in Henderson. She was born Dec. 4, 1950, in La Mesa, Calif. A resident for 30 years, she was an accountant for an ammunitions manufacturing company.

She is survived by her husband, Duane Henningsen; three daughters, Rhoda Stater and Patricia Janney, both of Henderson, and Jamie Kalina of Las Vegas; one son, Brian Greathouse of Las Vegas; one sister, Barbara Littlefield of Lampasas, Texas; and four grandchildren.

Visitation will continue until a 7 p.m. Rosary today in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Peter's Catholic Church, 204 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park.

Evelyn Hildegarde Reinhard

Evelyn Hildegarde Reinhard, 86, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 7, 1914, in Homestead, Pa. A resident for 26 years, she was a retired assembler in the aircraft industry.

She is survived by one daughter, June Jones of Las Vegas; two sisters, Helen Stanley and Mary Shriver, both of Kent, Ohio; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

George Sears

George Sears, 63, of Henderson died Friday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 8, 1937, in Iowa. A resident for 10 years, he was in the real estate business.

He is survived by his companion, Kim Whitney; and two sons, Doug and Jeff, both of California.

Kristin Young

Kristin Young, 27, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 2, 1973, in Lapeer, Mich. A resident for eight years, she was a hotel secretary and a past grand officer with the International Order of Rainbow Girls.

She is survived by one son, David Rivas of Las Vegas; her companion, Carlos Rivas of Las Vegas; her parents, Donald and Linda Young of Las Vegas; two brothers, Michael Young of Warren, Mich., and Mark Young of Shelby Township, Mich.; and her grandmother, Audrey Noland of Zephyr Hills, Fla.

Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services are scheduled 11 a.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will be in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
