StumbleLetter: Recall drive raises questions

I just received a letter from the committee to recall Michael J. McDonald and I have two questions:
1) Why did I receive this when I don't live in McDonald's district? (I live in Henderson.)
2) If McDonald is removed from office, will this imply that a city councilman be held to a higher standard than the president of the United States?
