Letter: Freedom cry belies stance
Saturday, Nov. 4, 2000 | 3:20 a.m.
In Brian Greenspun's Oct. 29 column he wrote, "I choose freedom." But you cannot choose freedom. You can only choose to accept the laws that seek to limit you. Or you can choose to reject the laws that seek to limit you. In such a case, we choose punishment. In fact, we are prisoners of our laws.
Our only choice is to accept limitation or punishment. Only in Natural Law are we free, and Natural Law, obviously, chooses birth, not abortion.
