Letter: Binion trial restores faith in legal system
Sunday, May 28, 2000 | 9:34 a.m.
The entire process should restore our faith. The Binion murder trial featured a first-class effort by the state, an equally fine job by the defense, and a jury whose work ethic could be a benchmark for jurists across the country.
Thanks to all parties for putting the best possible face on a bad business, and to Jeff German and the Las Vegas Sun for outstanding coverage.
