Homeowners sue, allege construction defects

Three more construction defect lawsuits were filed this week in Las Vegas.
Belle Esprit Homeowners Association sued Beazer Homes Holdings Corp. and DMB Consolidated Holdings LLC, alleging their 302-unit condominium complex in Las Vegas contained defects.
A Beazer Homes official declined comment on the allegations.
Sundial Drive Homeowners Association Inc. sued Del Webb Communities Inc., alleging defects in its 44-unit condominium complex at Sundial Drive in Sun City Summerlin.
And Fairway View Drive Homeowners Association Inc. sued Del Webb, alleging its 28-unit duplex development in Sun City Summerlin had roofing defects.
A Del Webb spokesman declined comment on the allegations.
