Britain’s Hilton Group CEO to retire

LONDON -- British hotel and gambling company Hilton Group PLC said Friday that chief executive Peter George will retire next week after 37 years at the company.
He will be replaced by David Michels, 53, now chief executive officer of Hilton International.
