StumbleHealth club sues over adult business ordinance

The Sporting House filed an application last August seeking to operate as an adult entertainment cabaret.
But the Clark County Commission adopted an ordinance Sept. 22 that would double the distance required between adult businesses by increasing it to 1,000 feet.
