Ruth woman sentenced in drug case

Merrilee Kay Lee, 34, was sentenced Monday by 7th Judicial District Judge Dan L. Papaz.
Along with the prison time, Lee also was fined $25,000 for the crime of manufacturing a controlled substance.
Lee and her husband, Klark Lee, 31, were arrested after authorities searched the couple's home in February and found a methamphetamine lab, chemicals used to make the drug, several pounds of marijuana and a variety of weapons.
Klark Lee is scheduled to be sentenced on May 22.
Merrilee Lee also faces drug charges in Utah, authorities said.
