The 100-acre Centennial Center shopping center is slated to open in northwest Las Vegas this fall, in conjunction with the opening of the U.S. 95/I-215 Connector.
The retail center will be on the west side of U.S. 95 between Ann Road and Centennial Parkway, and will offer about 900,000 square feet of retail space. Upon completion, the center is projected to cost more than $100 million.
Phase One of the project is slated for completion by Dec. 1, with build-out by 2002. Anchor tenants for Phase One include a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sam's Club and Home Depot.
The center will be the first major commercial project completed as part of northwest Las Vegas' 2,000-acre Town Center development.
The Centennial Center's developers are Territory Inc., the Olympia Group and the Developers of Nevada.
