Twelve victims killed in recent DUI crashes

At least 15 people have died in the Las Vegas Valley since September as a result of motor vehicle accidents in which the driver is believed to have been impaired by drugs, alcohol or both. Thirteen of those people have died as a result of five accidents over the last 14 weeks.
