Bernard M. Aldworth

Bernard M. Aldworth, 77, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born April 9, 1923, in Delaware. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Reta; three daughters, Reta Aldworth Wade of Orange, Calif., Mary Aldworth of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Mary Jo Joyce of Chesapeake, Md.; and three grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Roberta Ione Bell

Roberta Ione Bell, 88, of Idaho, died May 2 in Orofino, Idaho. She was born June 22, 1911, in Cottage Grove, Ore. A former Las Vegas resident for 50 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one daughter, Vesta Barnett of Elk City, Idaho; one son, Robert Bell of Carson City; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services were scheduled at 1 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, followed by a private burial.

Irma Ray Buchanan

Irma Ray Buchanan, 81, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 18, 1918, in Virginia. A resident for 33 years, she was a homemaker, a volunteer at Judy Bailey Auxiliary to the American Cancer Society and the Lend-A-Hand program in Boulder City and was active with the St. Jude's Auxiliary to the St. Jude's Ranch for Children.

She is survived by two daughters, Sue Esterbauer of Munich, Germany, and Karol Buchanan of Boulder City; one son, Gordon Buchanan of Billings, Mont.; one sister, Mary Welch of Spruce Pines, N.C.; and one grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 3-6 p.m. Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 12:30 p.m. Friday in St. Jude's Ranch for Children Inc., 100 St. Jude, Boulder City.

June A. Davis

June A. Davis, 48, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born June 9, 1951, in California. A resident for 28 years, she was self-employed.

She is survived by her husband, Elijah Sr.; two daughters, Laura Davis and Evora Davis, and two sons, Elijah Davis III and Ali Davis, all of Las Vegas; four sisters, Dorothy Moore of California and Barbara Lewis, Ivy Louise Chappel and Janice Fitzgerald, all of Las Vegas; four brothers, Albert Lewis and Jerry Fitzgerald, both of Las Vegas, and Lester Lewis and James Fitzgerald, both of California; and 11 grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Ruth Deloris Fowler

Ruth Deloris Fowler, 81, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in North Las Vegas. She was born May 28, 1918, in Clinton, Iowa. A resident for 15 years, she was a retired secretary for the United School District of Los Angeles.

She is survived by one daughter, Marilyn Musselman of Galena, Ill.; one son, David Stallman of Las Vegas; one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.

Patricia May Holliday

Patricia May Holliday, 75, of Henderson died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 17, 1924, in California. A resident for many years, she was a secretary.

She is survived by two sons, David Lee Holliday of Henderson and Michael Holliday of Bell Gardens, Calif.; and one daughter, Linda Snuggs.

Billy 'BJ' Kruchek

Billy 'BJ' Kruchek, 65, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 28, 1934, in Indiana. A resident for 40 years, he was a retired retail clerk for Vons and was an Army veteran.

He is survived by his mother, Catherine Buckles of Las Vegas.

Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Friday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.

Doris M. Mackey

Doris M. Mackey, 79, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 23, 1920, in Everett, Mass. A resident for 28 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald L.; 10 sons, Eric Mackey, Bryan Mackey and Kevin Mackey, all of Las Vegas, Wayne Mackey of Blue Diamond, Geary Mackey and John Mackey, both of Boston, Bruce Mackey of Hull, Mass., Joephy Mackey of Massachusetts, William Mackey of North Carolina and Ronald Mackey of Mississippi; two daughters, Doreen Mackey of Laughlin and Mary Freidman of Las Vegas; two brothers, John M. Lenard of Boston and William Lenard of Memphis, Tenn.; three sisters, Grace Monohan of Massachusetts, Bernice of Newport, R.I., and Clair of Rockland, Mass.; 19 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Terrance R. McGown

Terrance R. McGown, 64, of Henderson died Sunday. He was born July 10, 1935, in Boulder, Colo. A resident for 16 years, he was a retired freight company truck driver, a Korean War and Vietnam War Marine Corps, Army and Navy veteran, a member of the Elks, National Rifle Association and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He is survived by two daughters, Cathy McGown of Joliet, Mont., and Connie Michel of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will be 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Ron W. McMillan

Ron W. McMillan, 19, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born July 22, 1980, in San Jose, Calif. A resident for two years, he was a grocery stocker.

He is survived by his parents, Joe and Tammy McMillan of Vail, Ariz.; two sisters, Lisa Holman of Henderson and Kasey McMillan of Vail; one brother, Chad McMillan of Vail; and his grandparents, Marybelle McMillan of San Martin, Calif., and Bill and Nellie Dengel of Troy, Ohio.

A memorial service will be 6:30 p.m. Thursday in Henderson Presbyterian Church, 601 N. Major Ave. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Nicholas John Mercer

Nicholas John Mercer, 55, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 2, 1944, in Chicago. A resident for 10 years, he built and restored classic cars and owned Discount Wig Center in the 1970s.

He is survived by two daughters, Julie L. Velez and Laura S. Alyn; three sons, Nicholas J. Mercer III, Christopher J. Alyn and Kelly J. Mercer; two brothers, Tom Mercer of South Carolina and Jim Mercer of Altadena, Calif.; and eight grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 7 p.m. today in the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St. Valley Memorial Crematory, 745 W. Sunset Road, No. 16, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Marjorie Ann Merrill

Marjorie Ann Merrill, 68, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 30, 1931, in Nebraska. A resident for three years, she was a telemarketer.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond; one son, Kenneth Rawles of Santa Rosa, Calif.; one daughter, Annette Medland of Las Vegas; one sister, Carolyn McGrew of Oakhurst, Calif.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Lottie Miller, 76, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. A retired laborer, she was born Feb. 12, 1924, in Long Beach, Calif.

She is survived by one son, Timothy Miller of Beaverton, Ore.; two sisters, Bertha Haman of Pendelton, Ore., and Prudence Kramer of Washington state; and two grandchildren.

Edward Nagel, 82, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. A home improvement salesman and a World War II Army veteran, he was born Feb. 6, 1918, in Chicago.

Raymond Owen Pingleton

Raymond Owen Pingleton, 68, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 21, 1931, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for six years, he was an aircraft maintenance technician and an Army veteran.

He is survived by two sons, Mark Pingleton and David Pingleton; one daughter, Lisa Colburn; one brother, Robert Pingleton; and one grandchild.

Vivian Anastasia Proue

Vivian Anastasia Proue, 67, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born May 2, 1933, in California. A resident for two years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Lewis; one son, Charles Joseph Proue of La Puente, Calif.; five daughters, Ramona Anne Austerman of Pomona, Calif., Catherine Lorraine Proue of Duncan, Okla., Elizabeth Marie LeMasters of Rialto, Calif., Susan Patricia Proue of Las Vegas and Dianna Sorells of Henderson; one sister, Mary Borgatta of Azusa, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.

Juanita J. Robinson

Juanita J. Robinson, 83, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born June 1, 1916, in Kansas City, Kan. A resident for seven years, she was a telephone operator for the Los Angeles School District for 18 years, a member of the Altar Society of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and a Senior Friends volunteer.

Visitation is scheduled 3-4:30 p.m. Thursday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.

Peter Sarrica

Peter Sarrica, 89, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born July 11, 1910, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for 22 years, he was a railroad engineer and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa; two sons, John Sarrica and Louis Sarrica, both of Las Vegas; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-8 p.m. Wednesday with a 7 p.m. rosary in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road.

Francine Scott

Francine Scott, 65, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born April 10, 1935, in Oklahoma. A resident for several months, she was a real estate agent.

She is survived by her husband, Darrell Dick Scott of Duncan, Okla.

Sandra R. Sinks

Sandra R. Sinks, 60, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 10, 1939, in Inglewood, Calif. A resident for four years, she was a sales representative for a food company.

She is survived by her husband, David; two daughters, Leah Gershman of Seattle and Lorna Sinks of Las Vegas; two sons, Daniel Sinks of New York, Scott Sinks of Portland, Ore.; her father, Leonard Cassou, and two sisters, Gloria Pierce and Virginia Nelson, all of Lompoc, Calif.; one brother, David Cassou of Fairbanks, Alaska; and five grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Marion; two daughters, Desiree Ann Yamcy of West Virginia and Brjitte Tranchina of New Jersey; his mother, Pilar Orta, and one sister, Barbara Buzzo, both of Brooklyn; and two grandchildren.

Oct Ying "Paul" Woo, 67, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born June 12, 1932, in Canton, China. A resident for 40 years, he was a retired card dealer.

He is survived by his wife, Mei Sim; three daughters, Sam Marcu, Grace Scheidt and Anna Woo, all of Las Vegas; two sons, Donald Woo of Henderson and Tony Woo of Las Vegas; and 12 grandchildren.

Visitation was scheduled until 2 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.

Patricia Zagrodnik

Patricia Zagrodnik, 54, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born May 28, 1945, in Wisconsin.
