Wick Communications Co. signed a $3.4 million lease for industrial and office space in the Aircenter South Business Park at 1385 Pama Lane, near the intersection of Sunset and Paradise roads adjacent to the main Las Vegas post office.
The company, which publishes Las Vegas CityLife, the Las Vegas Business Press and the Las Vegas Senior Press, signed a 10-year lease for 38,337 square feet from the park's landlord Railway LLC. Las Vegas broker Insight Realty Associates represented the landlord.
The business park will provide Wick with office space and will house the company's new printing presses. In addition to its own publications, Wick will use the presses to print USA Today.
The company is expected to relocate to the business park in September. It's now on Wynn Road near Desert Inn Road and Valley View Drive.
