Libertarian to oppose Gibbons

CARSON CITY -- Terry Savage, who ran unsuccessfully for governor two years ago, Monday filed on the Libertarian ticket to oppose Rep. Jim Gibbons, D-Henderson.
Savage, 45, of Incline Village has lived in the state four years and works as deputy director of the state Department of Information and Technology. He ran twice unsuccessfully for political office while living in California.
His wife, Karen, intends to file for Assembly District 37, which includes part of Washoe County and Carson City.
