Slam tops Bandits to force Game 3

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Cory Carr, Bryant Notree and Andre Perry scored 20 points each to lead the New Mexico Slam to a 115-108 win over the Las Vegas Silver Bandits on Sunday, forcing a series-deciding Game 3 in the first round of the IBL playoffs.
Four other Slam players scored in double figures. Keith Carter, Jason Sasser and Taymon Domzalski each had 13 points, while Lenny Holly contributed 10.
Las Vegas was led by J.R. Henderson's 27 points and 11 rebounds. Harold Ellis added 19 points and Michael Johnson and Marcus Liberty scored 13 each.
Game 3 will be played Tuesday night in Albuquerque.
The winner of the series moves on to play the St. Louis Swarm.
