2nd Race -- The Missing Link - Hustling Espinoza aboard Dominguez trainee, draws good outside post for the seven furlongs, a factor here. Playmera - Training at Santa Anita, red-hot bug boy scales Sliva trainee, gets weight break. Value Play -- Miss Tekla

3rd Race -- Let's Go Surfing - Another Pincay/Spawr venture, tough competitor with tactical speed, needs clear sailing from rail post. Fearless Pirate - Hard-knocking runner loves these grass sprints, draws just outside top pick, adds a nasal strip here. Value Play -- Riot

4th Race -- Jellicle - Draws good post in tough maiden heat, respect connections of trainer Gonzalez and owners McCaffery & Toffan, Gomez up. Bold Information - Training at Santa Anita, Ramsammy aboard Baffert trainee, adds blinkers for this. Value Play -- Morocco

5th Race -- I Be Casual - Pincay scales hard-knocking Stute trainee, draws good post, should be part of action all the way. Paramour - Another who gives good account most of the time, Black gets along well with this Carava trainee, needs prompt start from rail post. Value Play -- Flyaway Jack

6th Race -- Ashaninka - Gomez on Frankel trainee, trainer continues hot hand with turf runners, good spot for action. Rhiana - Draws good inside post for the route turf outing, Delahoussaye aboard to rate situation for trainer Sadler, Blinkers off for this. Value Play -- Doula

7th Race -- Go Go - Delahoussaye rides Stute trainee, draws well for the sprint outing, might live up to name. Favorite Funtime - Training at Santa Anita, Espinoza gets call on Baffert horse, adds blinkers for this. Value Play -- Ready And Willing
