The driver of the van is solely responsible for this tragic accident. She and she alone chose to use marijuana and drive, yet DiCicco failed to even mention that fact.
With the possibility of lawsuits being filed, seeking large monetary settlements, it makes me wonder who would be blamed if the driver of the van happened to be a multibillionaire.
