2nd Race -- Maxian - Quarter horse connections for short baby dash, outside post, need for speed. Iam The Hitman - Draws middle post, hustling Espinoza for trainer Dominguez, Hit can. Value Play -- Elaine's Angel
3rd Race -- Feminine Fury - Desormeaux aboard Hess trainee, good spot, needs clean trip from inner post. Irish Beauty - Draws good post, Valdivia for cagey Northern California-based trainer Arterburn, good spot for action. Value Play -- Kickin Clover
4th Race -- Popular Year - Draws outside post for the sprint, hustling Espinoza aboard Dominguez trainee, adds nasal strip and blinkers. Del Mar Cool - Training at Hollypark, Pincay takes the call, needs clean trip from inside post at the sprint distance. Value Play -- Captain Ben
5th Race -- Heightendawarenes - Coupled entry with Continental Success, both have good posts beside each other, Espinoza on this part of Spawr duo. Gusto Forzado - Nice win in last, Nakatani takes over here, should be coming again at the end. Value Play -- Bienfeo
6th Race -- Amber's Beau - Pincay aboard Spawr trainee, draws good post, should be a forward factor throughout in this route. Ole By Me - Flores takes Truman trainee, should make late impact in this, must overcome outside post. Value Play -- Crimson Prospect
7th Race -- Affirmed Miss - Solis again for trainer Mandella, likes downhill layout, good post, good spot. Aviate - McCarron aboard West trainee, another who likes downhill run, needs clean trip from inner post. Value Play -- Schnitzel
8th Race -- Sky Companion - Eddie D. stays to scale Fanning trainee, draws good middle post, nasal strip and blinkers for this. Benkool - Solis takes call for owner/trainer Schvaneveldt, training at Pomona, Quarter Horse connections for finale. Value Play -- Diosa
