Edwards’ second trial set for June 19
Wednesday, March 29, 2000 | 10:22 a.m.
Edwards, Brown and four other men are accused of arranging a sweetheart liquidation deal for Cascade Insurance Co.
U.S. District Judge Frank Polozola moved the trial back from May 15 because of the length of Edwards' current trial on charges of corrupting the state's riverboat casino licensing system.
Polozola also is scheduled to hear the insurance trial. Edwards, a licensed attorney, has said he intends to represent himself.
