Net wagering company “restructures” Station deal

Youbet.com Inc. of Los Angeles announced it is "restructuring" its business partnership with Station Casinos Inc. of Las Vegas, but said the two companies will remain partners.
The two companies signed a letter of intent in June to create and operate an online race and sports wagering service exclusively for Nevada residents. Earlier this year, Station officials told the Nevada Gaming Control Board that the letter of intent had expired and the company had no plans to renew it.
Youbet said Friday it still intends to develop an "interactive website to provide information on live sporting events, including handicapping information and live odds and spreads." Station has expressed interest in participating, Youbet said, but its participation will not be exclusive.
