Realty firm enters LV market

Commercial real estate firm Grubb & Ellis Co. opened a Las Vegas office as part of its national Grubb & Ellis Affiliates Program.

Located at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Grubb & Ellis/Las Vegas offers a full range of commercial property services, including sales and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties and available land.

The Las Vegas office is a partnership between Grubb & Ellis and Omaha-based Pacific Realty Group Inc. That company currently operates several similar G & E affiliate branches throughout the Midwest.

With the addition of the Las Vegas location, Grubb & Ellis has 30 affiliate agreements serving 32 markets nationwide; the company also owns 58 other real estate offices across the country.

Headquartered in Northbrook, Ill., Grubb & Ellis reported 1999 revenue of slightly more than $60 million.
