BASEBALL
Bonanza 11, Valley 0: Justin Clift tossed a three-hit shutout and went 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs to lead the Bengals. Austin Hales finished 3-for-3 with three runs and three RBIs in the win.
Chaparral 25, Chouteau (Okla.) 1: Jonathan West and Peeter Moran both belted grand slams in an easy Cowboys win.
Eldorado 8, Mililani (Hawaii) 2: Jarrod Hamilton struck out six batters and scattered three hits over seven innings, while Chris Hansen went 2-for-2 with an RBI triple.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL
Clark def. Mojave, 9-15, 15-5, 15-13, 9-15, 15-11: Fred Conway had 11 kills, seven blocks and five aces to lead the Chargers to a hard-fought win. Clark also got 10 blocks, five kills and five assists from Seth Calley and 10 blocks, six kills and five assists from Lester Lewis. Mojave was led by Bryant Bunting, who had15 kills and four aces.
Cheyenne def. Bishop Gorman, 15-10, 15-11, 15-9: Brock Nelson finished with 13 digs and Ryan Nelson contributed 22 assists in the Desert Shields' victory. Gerod Taggart had 11 blocks and Jason Wagner added nine kills for the victors.
Basic def. Eldorado, 15-7, 15-5, 15-5: Jeremy Hartman had 19 assists and Mark Williams came up with five kills to lead the Wolves. Seth VanBeveren had four blocks for the Sundevils.
BOYS SWIMMING
Bonanza 131, Basic 101: Matt Suiter captured the 50 and 100 freestyle and George Reulecke won the 200 individual medley and the 100 breastroke to help the Bengals to victory.
GIRLS SWIMMING
Bonanza 148, Basic 132: Nicole Milson picked up wins in the 200 individual medley and the 100 freestyle to spearhead the Bengals' team victory. Basic's Laura Weed also won two events (200, 500 freestyle) in the losing cause.
