Louise Cole
Louise Cole, 85, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 29, 1914, in Indiana. A resident for more than 40 years, she was a retired Hacienda hotel-casino golf shop manager and a member of the Emblem Club.
She is survived by one daughter, Diana Mendoza of Paso Robles, Calif.; one sister, Lucille Pershing of Burbank, Calif.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Palm Chapel, Main. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to Shriners Children's Hospital, Zelzah Shrine Temple, 2222 W. Mesquite Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89106.
Margaret A. Faubel
Margaret A. Faubel, 59, of Henderson died Monday in Henderson. She was born Oct. 28, 1940, in California. A resident for 12 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; two sons, Matthew Faubel and Steven Faubel, both of Henderson; her father, Alfred Macias of California; four brothers, Ray Macias, Raul Macias, Rick Macias and Rene Macias, all of West Sacramento, Calif.; and four grandsons.
Burial will be in California. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Patricia Fitzgerald
Patricia Fitzgerald, 57, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 1, 1942, in Tacoma, Wash. A resident for 41 years, she owned and operated Kritter Kare Day Care and Learning Center.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick; five sons, John M. Thomson, Richard L. Thomson, Joseph P. Thomson, James F. Thomson Jr. and Scott D. Thomson, all of Las Vegas; her father, Constantine Dennett of Tacoma; two sisters, Rose Duez of Las Vegas and Georgia of Washington state; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Graveside services are private.
The family suggests donations to the American Lung Association, 3375 Glen Ave., No. 7, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Robert H. Flynn
Robert H. Flynn, 64, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 14, 1935, in Philadelphia. A resident for eight years, he retired as director of finance from Mack Trucks in 1981 and was a Korean War Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Martha J.; two sons, Michael P. Sinn and Donald A. Sinn, both of Loma Rica, Calif.; one brother, Joseph M. Flynn Jr. of Radnor, Pa.; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Mountain View Assembly of God, 3901 E. Bonanza Road. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Rebeccah Diane Glicken, 15, of Henderson died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born July 20, 1984, in Bismarck, N.D. A resident for 14 years, she was a student.
She is survived by her parents, Amy Swann and Howard Castle, and Dr. Dale and Lana Glicken, and one sister, Jessica Glicken, all of Henderson; and her grandparents, Taz and Jim Swann of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Ken and Lil Glicken and Billie Cameron, all of Las Vegas, and Betty Castle of Prestonburg, Ky.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. services Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Birdie Mable Harris
Birdie Mable Harris, 87, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local health care center. She was born March 11, 1913, in West Virginia. A resident for 14 years, she was a retired banking industry collector.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry L.; one son, Danny Joe Mullins, and one daughter, Lois L. David, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Wilson B. Mullins of Bridgeton, N.J.; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Thelma M. Hess
Thelma M. Hess, 90, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. She was born Nov. 21, 1909, in Amortita, Okla. a resident for six years, she was a retired schoolteacher.
She is survived by two sons, Frank B. Hess of Las Vegas and Willie F. Hess of Ontario, Calif.; two sisters, Dorothea Kelley of Cordell, Okla., and Ruby Nell Cutright of Amortita; nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Pearl E. Higgins
Pearl E. Higgins, 78, of Henderson died Sunday in a local care center. She was born May 30, 1921, in Arthur, Iowa. A resident for three years, she was a retired federal government accountant and a World War II Army veteran.
She is survived by two sons, Charles Hansen of Henderson and Anthony Hansen of Naples, Fla.; five sisters, Dorothy Hoaglund of Chilicothe, Mo., Louise Mandernach of Odebolt, Iowa, Willys Perkins of Holstein, Iowa, Hazel Raasch of Sioux City, Iowa, and Vernette Worth of Sac City, Iowa; one brother, Everett Brucker of Plano, Texas; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be noon Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
William J. Kelly
William J. Kelly, 73, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born Jan. 11, 1927, in Baker, Ore. A resident for 18 years, he was a retired Navy cook, World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War veteran and a member of the U.S. Naval Fleet Reserve.
He is survived by one daughter, Heather T. Collins of Dayton.

Georgi Kocharyan
Georgi Kocharyan, 73, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born June 25, 1926, in Armenia. A resident for many years, he was an electrical engineer.
He is survived by his companion, Marilyn I. Shedd of Deadwood, S.D.

June Lindsey
June Lindsey, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born June 1, 1915, in Katherine, N.D. A resident for 30 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Bonita Leist of Homeland, Calif.; one son, Buzz Lindsey, and one sister, Freda Ramsland, both of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Linda S. Martin, 49, of Henderson died Sunday in a local convalescent hospital. A resident for 23 years, she was born Nov. 23, 1950, in Lancaster, Ohio.
She is survived by her mother, Mary E. Martin, and one brother, Harvey Martin, both of Henderson.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
James R. Nese
James R. Nese, 92, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 6, 1907, in Los Angeles. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired electrician for the federal government, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by one son, Paul Nese of Los Angeles; and two brothers, Louis Nese of Pasadena, Calif., and Peter Nese of Santa Monica, Calif.
Services were scheduled at noon today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., followed by burial in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Charles Olson
Charles Olson, 71, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born March 21, 1929, in St. Paul, Minn. A resident for 16 years, he was an assembler for an automobile manufacturer for 30 years, a Korean War Marine Corps veteran, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1635 and American Legion Post 507.
He is survived by three daughters, Cynthia DeCorsey, Catherine Olson and Charlene Richardson, three sons, Charles Olson, Clifford Olson and Carl Olson, and one brother, Lawrence Olson, all of Minnesota; four sisters, Marlene Zitzer of California, Corine Oxendale, Mary Lu Tronstad and Gloria Paulson, all of Minnesota; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Virginia Pena, 45, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born July 20, 1954, in Albuquerque, N.M. A resident for 25 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Juan; two sons, Alex Pena and Albert Pena, both of North Las Vegas; her parents, Louie and Magdalena Alvarez, two brothers, Micheal Alvarez and John Alvarez, and three sisters, Dahlia Montoya, Rachael Alvarez and Connie Bess, all of Albuquerque; and one grandchild.
Visitation will continue until 8 p.m. tody in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Christopher's Catholic Church, 1840 N. Bruce St. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Alberto Puig, 16, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born April 27, 1983, in Las Vegas. He was a student.
He is survived by his mother, Mercedes Puig, one brother, Carlos Puig, one sister, Barbara Puig, and his grandmother, Luisa Calvin, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
Violet Reiner
Violet Reiner, 88, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 21, 1912, in Detroit. A resident for 10 years, she was a retired from the aerospace industry.
She is survived by two sons, John Ford of Hacienda Heights, Calif., and Leland R. Ford of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Raylene Cheyenne Rodriguez
Raylene Cheyenne Rodriguez, died March 14, her date of birth, in a local hospital.
She is survived by her mother, Marissa Rodriguez, and her grandmother, Gina Guzman, both of Las Vegas.

Mose Schwartz
Mose Schwartz, 85, of Boulder City died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born March 9, 1915, in Memphis, Tenn. A resident for six years, he retired as a chef after 45 years and was a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Ethel; and two sons, Victor Schwartz and Raymond Schwartz, both of Berkeley, Calif.

Bette J. Shannon, 74, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. She was born Aug. 23, 1925, in Grasston, Minn. A resident for 38 years, she was a retired waitress.
She is survived by her husband, Jack; one daughter, Cheryl Fry of Florida; two brothers, Ray Sward and Jim Sward, both of Minnesota; and one grandchild.

She is survived by one son, Jeffrey Shove of Blythewood, S.C., one daughter, Dianne Shove of Las Vegas; two brothers; two sisters; and two grandchildren.

Mary M. Maddente Sonksen, 80, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. She was born Sept. 7, 1919, in Nebraska. A resident for 30 years, she was a waitress at the Horseshoe for 25 years known as "Mother."
She is survived by one daughter, Anna Marie Fleming; one sister, Londie Maddente; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Maleyna Marie Stoltzfus
Maleyna Marie Stoltzfus, 15, of Las Vegas died Sunday. She was born Feb. 10, 1985, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. A resident for more than eight years, she was a ninth grade student at Centennial High School.
She is survived by her mother, Jo Jo Burke of Las Vegas; her father, Abe Stoltzfus of Gordonville, Pa.; two brothers, Mike Stoltzfus of Gordonville, Pa., and Dillon Bryant of Las Vegas; two sisters, Tiffany Almeida of Gordonville and Taelor Stotzfus of Deland, Fla.; and her grandparents, James and Marion Burke of Rochester, N.Y., and Sadie Stoltzfus of Gordonville.

She is survived by three sons, John Vierra Jr. of Hawaii, Irvine Vierra of Texas and George Vierra of Las Vegas; two daughters, Joann Reyes of Hawaii and Theresa McCaldon of Las Vegas; three brothers, John Andrade of Kentucky and Roy Aryes and Joe Andrade, both of Hawaii; 27 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
