Hotel adds kosher kitchen

The Four Seasons Hotel added a kosher kitchen to its banquet kitchen, a move it says was prompted by high demand among the city's Jewish community.
Over its first nine months of operation, the hotel hosted more than 20 events for the Jewish community. As of Feb. 15, the hotel had another 14 kosher events booked.
By having a separate kitchen for kosher events, the hotel says it will be able to cut back on preparation time and costs. The kitchen is the first of its kind in Las Vegas.
Four Seasons, a non-gaming property, is at Mandalay Bay on the Strip.
