Drowning victim identified

His kayak overturned about 150 yards from shore near Burnt Cedar Beach in Incline Village. A passerby in another kayak attempted to rescue Robinson but was unable to make it to him in time.
Rescuers with the U.S. Coast Guard and North Lake Tahoe Fire Department pulled Robinson out of the lake and attempted to revive him.
Robinson was submerged for about 20 minutes and was pronounced dead at Washoe Medical Center in Reno.
