BASEBALL
Durango 10, Chaparral 0: Brent Johnson tossed a complete-game three-hitter, striking out eight and walking none to lead Durango to the shuout win. Chris Kelly went 3-for-4 with two homers and five RBIs, Colton Simmons was 2-for-4 with two RBIs and Johnson finished 2-for-3 with a pair of RBIs.
Las Vegas 6, Mojave 5, 8 innings: The Wildcats got a bases-loaded RBI groundout from Clayton Mofford to post the extra-inning win. Anthony Pluta went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer for the victors, while teammate Andrew D'Angelo finished 4-for-4.
BOYS VOLLEYBALL
Durango def. Foothill, 15-0, 15-1, 15-3: David Doxey finished with 26 assists and Graham Vilkin chipped in with eight kills for the Trailblazers.
Mojave def. Desert Pines 15-6, 15-10, 15-2: Bryant Bunting had six aces and nine kills to lead the Rattlers to victory.
Chaparral def. Bonanza, 15-4, 15-3, 15-9: The Cowboys got 28 assists from Andy Wayerski and 10 kills from Brian Payne in the win.

BOYS SWIMMING
Chaparral 184, Basic 92: The Cowboys' Matt Medina won the 200 individual medley and 100 butterfly, while the Wolves' Scott Yacono captured both the 100 freestyle and 100 backstroke.
GIRLS SWIMMING
Basic 181, Chaparral 129: The Wolves won all three relays and got double victories from Laura Weed (200, 500 freestyle) and Riva Davidson (50, 100 freestyle). Lucy Popescu finished first in both the 100 individual medley and the 100 breastroke.
