The 17-year-old pleaded guilty to first-degree arson, manufacturing an explosive device and use of an explosive device to damage property.
Meanwhile, officials have charged a 16-year-old Reno girl in the case. She was arrested last month on suspicion of first-degree arson, manufacturing an incendiary device, use of an explosive to damage property and conspiracy to commit arson.
Tuesday's scheduled trial of five men charged in the firebombing has been postponed until April 11 by U.S. District Court Judge David Hagen.
The firebomb shattered a window at Temple Emanu-El, but bounced off harmlessly and caused no other damage than the broken window.
