A man has pleaded guilty in connection with a shooting at Clark High School, the plea coming just before he was scheduled to go to trial.
Maynor Villanueva will be sentenced by District Court Judge Joseph Bonaventure May 5 on a charge of attempted murder.
Two students were injured in the Oct. 11 shooting. Villanueva told police the incident was sparked by rival gang members flashing him signs while standing on school property.
