2nd Race -- Amir - Ramsammy aboard Cassidy trainee, draws inner post for the sprint, should be foward factor in this. My Name Is Francis - Frannie has Desormeaux/Hess combo, draws good middle post, Name could be winner. Value Play -- Popular Year
3rd Race -- Tiz Mighty - Didn't like the going in last, wheels right back here, hustling bug boy Diaz aboard, good spot for action. Star Colony - Trainer Dutton employs Antley on Dutton-owned runner, draws outside post for short sprint, needs early lick here. Value Play -- Candelotto
4th Race -- Malibu Storm - Blanc gets the call on Ellis trainee, draws well for downhill run, Storms for diploma here. Got The Memo - Should like the lay of the land here, Pincay now on Stute trainee, a forward factor in this. Value Play -- Burst
5th Race -- Afraidofrain - Nakatani aboard Sise trainee, draws inner post for the sprint, wrong name for recent Southern California weather. Vote Getter - Garcia takes over on Stute trainee, draws right outside top pick, adds blinkers for this outing. Value Play -- Endearment
6th Race -- Heavenly Lady - Flores on Canani trainee, draws good inner post for this short sprint, should be in the mix all the way. Office Gal - Hustling Pedroza on Carava trainee, draws right in the middle here, another who should not be far away. Value Play -- In Regal Style
7th Race -- Pleasant Drive - One of two Baffert-trained 'hidden entry' here, Flores tabbed on this one, fits this well. Finder's Gold - Returner is the other Baffert trainee here, top jock Nakatani aboard, could be ready. Value Play -- Casey Griffin
