Teen who killed father still being held

A judge has ruled that a 15-year-old boy accused of killing his father must remain in the Clark County Detention Center.
Conan Pope has been held in jail since late January, when he was indicted on charges of killing 62-year-old Frank Pope.
District Judge Mark Gibbons last month ordered the teen transferred to the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center, but the transfer never occurred.
Gibbons has now ordered that Conan Pope remain at the county jail, but that he be housed in an isolation cell away from the rest of the inmate population.
