Kit Kat will get new owner

Stanley Burton, who served under the Reagan and Bush administrations, and business associate Frank Leonardi were granted licenses Thursday by Lyon County commissioners.
The two formed Western Sierra Corp. to operate the brothel. Financial terms were not disclosed, but escrow should close in about two weeks, said Leonardi lawyer William Rogers.
The new owners plan to upgrade the brothel but plans have not been completed, Rogers said.
"They hope to enhance the physical plant," he said. "It needs to be upgraded."
Leonardi managed a golf course in California for 25 years. Both owners are retired.
Prostitution is illegal in Reno and Las Vegas, but legal in certain rural Nevada counties. The Kit Kat is one of four brothels in Mound House.
