Letter: College game needs exposure

Regarding Ron Kantowski's column on the College World Series ("College baseball needs TV," June 6):
We have relatives that live in Omaha and we've planned our vacation around College World Series week for the past six years. For the money, it's by far and away the best value in college sports. But with the new qualifying tournaments, it was frustrating to try to get the news on who would go to Omaha.
There were some dramatic matchups, but on ESPN that day they had roller blading and kids jumping around on their bikes.
It's amazing that college baseball doesn't receive some kind of televised coverage.
