Construction has begun on Phase Three of the 27-acre Warm Springs Crossing business park at the intersection of Warm Springs Road and Interstate 15.
Dallas-based Developer Jackson-Shaw Co. expects completion of the $19 million project this fall. When fully built, the business park will include six buildings totaling more than 450,000 square feet. The construction cost for Phase Three is estimated to be $10 million.
Jackson-Shaw is also developing the Northport business park in North Las Vegas and the nation's largest Hampton Inn hotel at 4975 South Industrial Road.
