Girl wants to go to camp
Thursday, June 8, 2000 | 11:33 a.m.
Summer camp would be a good experience for a local 10-year-old girl who recently met her mother for the first time.
She could use a break from her adult responsibilities and would like to spend time with other children. Camp would help enhance her social skills.
Contributors to the Las Vegas Sun camp fund give children like this girl who applied for the Sun scholarship an opportunity to go to summer camp.
