UNLV golf team seventh in final poll

The UNLV golf team, which finished tied for sixth in last week's NCAA Championships, placed seventh today in the final MasterCard Collegiate Rankings. Georgia Tech, Oklahoma State and Clemson were ranked 1-2-3.
In the individual rankings, the Rebels' Jeremy Anderson placed fifth and UNLV's Michael Kirk was ranked 12th. Two other Rebels made the top 100 -- Adam Scott at No. 71 and Calvin Kupeyan at 74. Northwestern's Luke Donald was ranked first.
