Lucille Adams
Lucille Adams, 85, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 27, 1915, in Ottumwa, Iowa. A resident for 40 years, she was a member of the Women's Business Association.
She is survived by three sons, Lawrence Trybul, Alan Trybul Sr. and Duke Trybul Sr., all of Chicago; five daughters, Lois Sigele, Diane Correa and Margaret Schmidt, all of Chicago and Theresa Brnbrnek and Janet Guerra, both of Las Vegas; and one sister, Lorraine Trybul of Stone Park, Ill.
Visitation will continue until 8 p.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
Tanya S. Barnes
Tanya S. Barnes, 45, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born April 10, 1955, in Burtonwood, England. A resident for seven years, she was an MGM Grand porter for seven years.
She is survived by one son, Michael D. Elder, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie McLaurin, all of Dayton, Ohio; five sisters, Marcia Woodard and Carolyn Silva, both of O'Fallon, Ill., Linda McLaurin of Dayton, Brenda Conley of Union, Ohio, and Dawn Bowen of Las Vegas; and three brothers, Eddie McLaurin Jr. of Indianapolis, Michael McLaurin of Dayton and Jeffrey McLaurin of Cincinnati.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services and burial will be Dayton.
Jean M. Bishop
Jean M. Bishop, 70, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born April 25, 1930, in Iowa. A resident for many years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, James.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Iowa. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Joseph A. Cyr
Joseph A. Cyr, 67, of Henderson died Monday in a local health care center. He was born July 14, 1932, in Cahoes, N.Y. A resident for 26 years, he was a retired postal worker, a Korean War Army veteran and past adjutant of American Legion Post 51 in North Las Vegas.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy W.; two daughters, Susan Montalto and Helen DeMeo, both of New York; two sons, Joseph A. Cyr III of Cottontown, Tenn., and Robert Cyr of Hendersonville, Tenn.; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Willie Mae Davis
Willie Mae Davis, 90, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born June 1, 1910, in Louisiana. A resident for eight years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one sister, Maggie Dave of Las Vegas; and one brother, Allen Jackson of Los Angeles.
Visitation is scheduled 3-4 p.m. Sunday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Vegas View Church of God in Christ, 1906 Glider St., North Las Vegas. Burial will be in California.
Jan (Wold) Dubbs
Jan (Wold) Dubbs, 57, of Bullhead City, Ariz., died Sunday in a local hospital. A grocery store cashier, she was born Oct. 29, 1942, in Lanesboro, Minn.
She is survived by her husband, Nicholas E. Dubbs; two daughters, Lisa Simonson of Owatonna, Minn., and Kathy Carr of Las Vegas; one sister, Alverne Diekman of Austin, Minn.; and four grandchildren.
Services were scheduled at 10 a.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Visitation and graveside services will be private.
Dr. Harry Keith Helfman
Dr. Harry Keith Helfman, 40, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 6, 1959, in Los Angeles. A resident for 10 years, he was a dentist.
He is survived by his wife, Lauren; two sons, Cameron Helfman and Tyler Helfman, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Ben Helfman of Redlands, Calif.; and two stepsisters, Lainey O'Connell and Vicki Temkin, both of Encino, Calif.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Ira Reese Jessie Jr.
Ira Reese Jessie Jr., 65, of Las Vegas died May 26 in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 4, 1934, in Texas. A resident for 20 years, he was an Army veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, LaJonne Jessie of Iowa City, Iowa; and one son, Marc Jessie of El Cerrito, Calif.

Edward Patrick Joyce Jr.
Edward Patrick Joyce Jr., 63, of Las Vegas died May 28 in Las Vegas. He was born July 27, 1936, in Spring Valley, Ill. A resident for six years, he was a retired Marine Corps and Army veteran and a former member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
He is survived by his companion, Dee Joyce of Las Vegas; two sons, Edward Patrick Joyce III of Honolulu and Gerald Joyce of Las Vegas; and one daughter, Tina Joyce of Worcester, Mass.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
George Kassel
George Kassel, 80, of Las Vegas died May 31 in a local hospice. He was born May 29, 1920, in Detroit. A resident for 40 years, he was a retired furniture mover and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by two brothers, William J. Kassel of North Las Vegas and Harold Kassel of Grosse Point, Mich.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Martin Klein
Martin Klein, 63, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born June 2, 1937, in New Jersey. A resident for four years, he was an economist for the Labor Department.
He is survived by his wife, Janice; one daughter, Erica Klein of Houston; his mother, Ruth Klein, and one brother, Kenneth Klein, both of Florida.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Leo R. Kuntz
Leo R. Kuntz, 66, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local health care center. He was born May 3, 1934, in Mont, N.D. A resident for 38 years, he was a retired general contractor and a Korean War Navy veteran.
He is survived by one son, Craig Kuntz, and one daughter, Deborah Herr, both of Las Vegas; two brothers, Valentine Kuntz and Michael Kuntz, both of St. Paul, Minn., and Tony Kuntz of Buhl, Idaho; one sister, Josephine Kuntz of Milwaukee; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Alice Lasley
Alice Lasley, 79, of Las Vegas died May 31 in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 26, 1920, in Eugene, Ore. A resident for 46 years, she was a retired gaming cashier.
She is survived by three daughters, Judith Gray of Idaho, Susan Woods of Washington state and Kellie Rubin of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Jackie M. Lelong, 78, of Henderson died Sunday in a local care center. She was born Jan. 6, 1922, in Paris. A resident for seven years, she was a retired retail department store assistant manager.
She is survived by her husband, Pierre R.; one daughter, Nicole Lelong of Las Vegas; one son, Pierre Lelong of Stevenson Ranch, Calif.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. services Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.

Joe Madera, 84, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born March 21, 1916, in Mexico. A resident for 18 years, he was an employee at Western Costumes for 23 years.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; four daughters, Linda M. Hernandez, Olivia Carranza and Suzy Lopez, all of California and Gloria Soto of Las Vegas; two sons, Ernest Madera of Las Vegas and Richard Madera of California; one brother, Aurelio Madera of Las Vegas; one sister, Luz Graciano of California; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-8 p.m. Thursday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.

Donna McCarty, 40, of Las Vegas died May 23 in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 13, 1960, in New Mexico. A resident for many years, she was a casino waitress.
She is survived by her mother, Cora Dawes of Danville, Ind.

Polly Ann Miller
Polly Ann Miller, 82, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local health care center. She was born July 7, 1917, in Texas. A resident for 36 years, she was a retired child care worker.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Miller of North Las Vegas and Milton Miller of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Chauncey Hart Moore
Chauncey Hart Moore, 85, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospice. He was born Sept. 21, 1914, in Terre Haute, Ill. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired tool and die maker and a member of Bellflower, Calif., Masonic Lodge 320.
He is survived by his wife, Luana; two sons, Tom Moore of Los Angeles and Bill Moore of West Hills, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

She is survived by two daughters, Tana Ciccotti of Reno and Kaye Marlen of Pahrump; one son, Barry Lee Morris of Henderson; one brother, Kendall Crick of Pratt, Kan.; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Linda; one daughter, Kathren Stevens of Decatur, Miss.; two stepsons, Scott Dias of Sandy Valley and John Ellis of Seattle; one stepdaughter, Lora Olliver of Seattle; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Susan M. Swart, 33, of Las Vegas died May 20 in California. She was born Jan. 25, 1967, in Schenectady, N.Y. A resident for 20 years, she was a change girl.
She is survived by one daughter, Erin Chelsa Swart of Las Vegas; three brothers, Mark Swart of Las Vegas, Steve Swart of Tampa, Fla., and Jeffrey Swart of Farmington, N.M.; and two sisters, Shannon Hennessy of Las Vegas and Debra Horn of Altamonte Springs, Fla.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry; and his parents, Richard G. and Judy Elizabeth Allen Triplett of St. George, Utah.

Thomas Vineer
Thomas Vineer, 76, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 24, 1923, in Philadelphia. A resident for nine years, he was a retired police detective, a World War II Army Air Corps veteran, a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, a lifetime member and past commander of the American Legion, a member of the Masons for 50 years, a member of the Police Officers Retirement Association in Washington, D.C., instrumental in the development of the Veterans Hospital at Nellis Air Force Base, Operation God Speed for the building of the chapel at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City and the building of the new Veterans Administration building.
He is survived by his wife, Lou; one son, Thomas P. Vineer of Rockville, Md.; two daughters, Gladys Noyes of Las Vegas and Loretta Moore of Egg Harbor, N.J.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Michael 'Vale' Vitagliano, 78, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born July 24, 1921, in Maldon, Mass. A resident for 16 years, he was a retired automobile salesman, a World War II Navy veteran, a member of the Elks Lodge of Las Vegas and owner of Michael's Real Estate in Boston.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Vale Vitagliano; two daughters, Linda Vitagliano and Andrea Rhiaha, both of Boston; one son, Paul Vitagliano of San Francisco; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-8 p.m. Thursday with a 6 p.m. service in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 130 N. Pecos Road, Henderson. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Gary Edwin Webb, 49, of Boulder City died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born Sept. 27, 1950, in Heber City, Utah. A resident for 30 years, he was an automobile mechanic and active in community services.
He is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Webb of Wyoming and Frankie Webb of Florida; two sons, Kelly Webb of Elko and Caleb Webb of Boulder City; his mother, Rhea Jean Waters, and his companion, Leslee Blied, both of Boulder City; three sisters, Jeanie Gutieriez and Mindy Gubler, both of Las Vegas, and Cindy Belding of Henderson; three brothers, Jerry Lee Webb and Matthew Tom Webb, both of Las Vegas, and Sandy Dean Webb of Cedar City, Utah; and four grandchildren.
