MPTV Inc. says it has secured construction financing for its proposed Lake Tropicana Timeshare Resort near the Las Vegas Strip.
The Newport Beach, Calif.-based company said it has a commitment for a $52.5 million construction loan from investment banking firm Oxford International of Bethesda, Md.
The Tropicana Timeshare Resort is planned for 303 E. Harmon Ave. along the Harmon Corridor, between the Las Vegas Strip and Paradise Road. The resort will feature 72 one-bedroom and 278 two-bedroom units, along with a 16,000-square-foot sales office.
