Hilton guard claims Rodman fondled her

A Las Vegas Hilton security officer has filed suit against Dennis Rodman in Clark County District Court, alleging she was fondled by him.
Donna Ehlert alleged Rodman on Oct. 11, 1998, "without causes, consent or provocation sexually assaulted her by physically grabbing her breast and shaking it."
She said in the suit filed last week the basketball player made "lewd comments about her in the presence of numerous patrons, spectators and other employees."
"(Ehlert) was in full uniform and was there to keep the crowds away from him when he got behind her, put his right arm around her right shoulder and his left hand across her left shoulder and cupped her left breast, and left it there for five to 10 seconds," said Andrew Leavitt, Ehlert's attorney. "Then he started shaking his left hand like a clown and acted as if he had no control over what his left hand was doing and then went right back to playing craps."
Rodman is no stranger to such lawsuits.
In June 1998 Dixie Johnson sued Rodman in U.S. District Court, alleging he had grabbed her left breast and shook it on April 19, 1998, at the Las Vegas Hilton. The federal lawsuit was dismissed in December 1999 and the parties signed a nondisclosure agreement.
Rodman could not be reached for comment on the new lawsuit.
