Millennium Multi Media.com plans to build a $20 million entertainment venue south of the Mandalay Bay hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
The Beverly Hills, Calif.-based company expects to break ground in about 60 days on the 60,000-square-foot, non-gaming venue. The complex will feature a nightclub and disco. Constructed in the shape of a two-level dome, the building will also offer a special events area with a 360-degree view of high-tech laser projections.
Company spokesman Mike Salisman said Millennium owns the 5.5 acres of land on which the project will be built, and plans to finance the venue internally. Project completion is expected to take about nine months.
