Edurus Inc. is seeking $50,000 in unpaid fees and a cut of the advertising revenue for a legal information website it says it sold to two Las Vegas Internet companies.
In a Clark County District Court lawsuit, Edurus alleged NetInvestors LLC and AG Domain LLC agreed on Feb. 4 to pay $158,000 in installments for a transfer of Edurus' domain name AttorneyGuide.Com, AttorneyGuide Website electronic files and a transfer of the website to a new Internet service provider.
But the defendants only paid $108,000 and they allegedly breached an agreement to pay 30 percent of all advertising revenue they received until the transfer of the website is completed, the suit said.
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
