The eighth annual Las Vegas Music Festival begins Tuesday with an 8 p.m. performance of Bayley's "Klytemnestra Fanfare," Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 and Dvorak's Symphony No. 8 in G Major at UNLV's Artemus Ham Hall. The concert will be conducted by George Stelluto, the festival's music conductor. James Giles is the featured pianist. Tickets are $8; $5 for students, seniors and military. Call 895-2787.

Jewish authors
