Vestin Group of Las Vegas said it launched Vestinet, a subsidiary that will provide financial services over the Internet.
Vestinet will contract, affiliate and acquire Internet or affiliated companies with an emphasis on financial services.
Vestin Group includes Vestin Mortgage, formerly Del Mar Mortgage, which says it has faciliated more than $500 million in lending transactions in the last three years.
