Letter: Column on death tax disputed

In Brian Greenspun's commentary on the repeal of death taxes, he bemoans the fact that if such a tax is repealed and not lowered, (the fortunate rich folks) would not "provide some benefits to poor and working Americans." My husband and I are retired with an income that would be considered wealthy by definition.

We both were "working Americans" and would choose never to get benefits from the likes of Greenspun. We would much prefer to allow our children to benefit from our hard work.
