Water use soars in Northern Nevada

Charlie Fletcher, spokesman for Sierra Pacific Resources, said customers used 135.7 million gallons of water on Sunday.
Normal daily consumption ranges from 90 million to 120 million gallons, Fletcher said.
The National Weather Service said temperatures should dip slightly Wednesday and Thursday before inching back up for the weekend.
