Homeowners associations sue

More lawsuits alleging construction defects in Las Vegas residential developments were filed in Clark County District Court.
Rock Springs Eldora No. 10 Owners Association is seeking class action status against Rock Springs Vista Development Corp. and J.A. Black Construction, alleging numerous defects in its condominium complex at 911 North Buffalo Drive.
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
Summercrest Homeowners Association sued Statewide Capital Inc. and Greenpark Construction, alleging defects in its condominium complex at 4960 Harrison Avenue in Las Vegas.
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
And two Sun City Summerlin homeowners associations sued Del Webb Communities Inc., alleging their two condominium complexes contained defects. The plaintiffs are the 48-unit condominium complex Eagle Valley Drive Homeowners Association and the 23-unit Breakers Creek Drive Homeowners Association.
Del Webb officials declined comment.
