Isle of Capri to buy some President assets

BILOXI, Miss. -- Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. said Wednesday it agreed to acquire some assets of the President Casino in Davenport, Iowa, for $58.2 million.
The assets, which will be acquired from President Casinos and related parties, include the casino vessel, hotel and all related gaming equipment, Isle of Capri said.
Isle of Capri, which is based in Biloxi, Miss., owns and operates riverboat, dockside and land-based casinos. It reported $684.9 million of revenue for the last 12 months.
