The company said assets increased to more than $231 million at June 30.
Silver State has five branches in Southern Nevada and loan production offices in Reno, Boise and Salt Lake City.
Separately, Business Bank Corp. and its subsidiary Business Bank of Nevada reported after-tax core earnings of $313,000 for the quarter vs. a loss in the year-ago quarter of $98,000.
Assets grew to $142.3 million. Business Bank has four branches in Nevada and said it soon will be the first community bank in Nevada to offer online banking services.
