Boy wants second chance at camp

The Sun Camp Fund receives hundreds of applications each year.
Parents ask for assistance in sending their children so the kids can have a wonderful experience that they will remember always.
One particular application caught the Camp Fund administrator's eye.
A 15-year-old boy whose parents are unemployed said he had gone to camp in 1998 and enjoyed it so much that he would like to go again.
"This will be my last chance to experience the fun that I had for the first time," he wrote. "Also, I require a break from my little sister, who is driving me nuts."
Donations to the Sun Camp Fund pay the camp fees for disadvantaged children. You can join these contributors:
Beverly McGarrow; Margaret J. Moudary; Grace C. Duffy; Kristin Labbate; Carol and Raymond Kelchner; Jesse and Grace McCabe; Cmdr. Robert H. Hagenbruch (Ret.); Jacqueline and Anthony Messina; Isabel Jackson; and Paul Yessenow "In memory of Jimmy Hill."
