Dean and Ardis Weible of Las Vegas will give their daughter, Heather Shay of Las Vegas, in marriage to William Winchester of Reno, in a wedding ceremony scheduled for Sept. 16 at the Canyon Gate Country Club. William's parents are Susan and Lysle Winchester, both of Reno.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Bonanza High School, an interior design graduate of UNR and an education graduate of Sierra Nevada College. She is a teacher with the Clark County School District.
The groom-to-be is a graduate of UNR and is an independent insurance agent in Reno with A.I.M. Inc.
