Geraldine Aikins
Geraldine Aikins, 94, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local care center. She was born Oct. 1, 1905, in Bonesteele, S.D. A resident for 15 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Dwight Aikins of Las Vegas; one sister, Margarete Matchan of Woodland Hills, Calif.; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling private arrangements.
Thomas Edolf Steburg Annable
Thomas Edolf Steburg Annable, 57, of Las Vegas died June 27 in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 17, 1943, in California. A resident for 38 years, he was an employee at the convention center and member of Teamsters Local 631 and the Moose Lodge.
He is survived by two sons, Thomas and Tony; his mother, Lucille; and two brothers, Tiny and Fred H.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.
Maurice J. Donellan
Maurice J. Donellan, 79, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 19, 1920, in Fort Worth, Texas. A resident for 50 years, he was a retired human resources rehabilitation coordinator for the state of Nevada and a member of Ferrari Owners Club.
He is survived by his caregiver, Dorothy Hackworth of Las Vegas.
Neptune Society of Nevada, 8570 Del Webb Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Bobbye Formosa
Bobbye Formosa, 74, of Boulder City died Saturday in a local hospital. She is survived by June 19, 1926, in Jacksonville, Texas. A resident for 10 years, she was a retired bookkeeper.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Will; one daughter, Karea Weil of Nutley, N.J.; one sister, Elsie Odell of Boulder City; and two grandchildren.
Services were scheduled at noon today in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, followed by entombment in Palm Mausoleum, Boulder City.
The family suggests donations to the American Heart Association, 6370 W. Flamingo Road, Suite 1, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
Earl William Fox
Earl William Fox, 92, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. He was born Nov. 24, 1907, in Illinois. A resident for 31 years, he was a baker and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Terry Ann Fox; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Eva Fuhrman
Eva Fuhrman, 86, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Encino, Calif. She was born Jan. 6, 1914, in Austria. A resident for many years, she was a dress shop seamstress.
She is survived by one daughter, Melita Vickter of Woodlawn Hills, Calif.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Leykun Berhanu Gashaw
Leykun Berhanu Gashaw, 55, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born April 5, 1945, in Ethiopia. A resident for five years, he was a taxi driver.
He is survived by his wife, Hirut Bekele Gudetta of Las Vegas; and two daughters, Hiwote Leykun Berhanee and Dibora Leykun Berhanee.
Services will be noon Wednesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will be in Ethiopia.
Randall Thomas Horrigan
Randall Thomas Horrigan, 35, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 8, 1964, in Iowa. A resident for two years, he was a food server.
No local services are scheduled. Services will be in Des Moines, Iowa. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Jean Irwin
Jean Irwin, 72, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 1, 1928, in Dennison, Texas. A resident for four years, she was a retired executive secretary at a bank.
She is survived by one daughter, Lynne Foster of Las Vegas; one sister, Dorothy Duncan of Bonham, Texas; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
John F. Jacques Sr.
John F. Jacques Sr., 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born April 2, 1916, in Badito, Colo. A resident for 15 years, he was a carpenter.
He is survived by his wife, Lily; two sons, Frank Jacques of Long Beach, Calif., and Leo Jacques of Escondido, Calif.; five daughters, Celina Torrescano, Janine Stephenson and Joey Jorensen, all of San Diego, Elizabeth Jacques of Santa Fe, N.M., and Gerry Morozowsky of Santa Barbara, Calif.; four sisters, Lucy Schoonmaker, Ella Turner and Ernestine Grabinski, all of Sacramento, and Tillie Hernandez of Yuma, Ariz.; 24 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in San Diego. Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Linda Kay Johnson
Linda Kay Johnson, 52, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. She was born May 22, 1948, in Detroit. A resident for 11 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Jerome; three sons, Joseph Johnson and Robert Johnson, both of Oklahoma City, and Steven Johnson of Tulsa, Okla.; her mother, Eleanor Lutzoski of Southgate, Mich.; one brother, Gregory Dodge of Houston; three sisters, Gayle Brock of Ypsilanti, Mich., Janet Dodge of Westland, Mich., and Anne Coleman of Southgate; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Guardian Angel Cathedral, 302 Cathedral Way. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Lillian I. Larkin
Lillian I. Larkin, 81, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 3, 1918, in Milford, Utah. A resident for 62 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Linda Ortiz and Loretta Cardaronella, both of Las Vegas, and Judith Brown of El Cajon, Calif.; three stepsons, David Larkin of New York City, Keith Larkin of Malibu, Calif., and Eldon Larkin of Tustin, Calif.; five stepdaughters, Peggy Clemensen and Ann Yakovitch, both of Las Vegas, Nona Gallagher of Kirkland, Wash., Karen Casos of Winnemucca and Sharon Haroldsen of Idaho Falls, Idaho; two brothers, Gilbert McCulley of Milford, Utah, and Jesse McCulley of Salt Lake City; three sisters, Olive Young and Irene Posey, both of Milford, and Duveen Haney of Salt Lake City; 32 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Saturday in the LDS Curtis Park Ward/Carl and Saylor Building. Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Memory Gardens.
Cicilio Montoya
Cicilio Montoya, 70, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born April 19, 1930, in Las Vegas, N.M. A resident for 49 years, he was a retired hotel maintenance man and a Korean War Army veteran.
He is survived by eight daughters, Mary Jane Yeoman, Nancy Smith, Cornelia Casanova, Patricia De Leon and Rosie Loguidice, all of Henderson, and Cecilia Weimer, Frances Cox and Sylvia Ellis, all of Las Vegas; two sons, Jamie Alirez of Las Vegas and Dick Montoya of Henderson; two sisters, Mercy Paez and Antonia Ortiz, both of Henderson; one brother, Pete Montoya of Denver; 37 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today with a 6 p.m. service in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Peter's Catholic Church, 204 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
Robert E Moos
Robert E Moos, 80, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born Nov. 5, 1919, in Texas. A resident for three years, he was a retired Air Force veteran, a member of Air Force Sergeants Association, Elks and American Association of Retired Persons.
He is survived by three sons, Jeffrey Moos of Boise, Idaho, Michael Moos, and Gary Cassell of the U.S. Navy; two daughters, Janice Harris of Hillsboro, Ore., and Libby Huerta of Las Vegas; four brothers, Roy of Austin, Texas, Earl, KJ and Kennard, both of San Angelo, Texas; one sister, Virginia Goad of Denver; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Diane Newell
Diane Newell, 79, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 29, 1920, in Corvallis, Ore. A resident for 30 years, she was a professional singer and voice teacher and founder of the local Lupus Foundation.
She is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Lewis of Boise, Idaho; one brother, William Doxsee of Gardnerville; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 5 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to the Lupus Foundation of America, Southern Nevada Chapter, P.O. Box 43141, Las Vegas, NV 89116-0141.
Lucille Rodela
Lucille Rodela, 70, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 25, 1929, in Ely. A lifelong Nevada resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters, Esther Saldivar, Pauline Ureno and Teresa Castro, all of Las Vegas; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. An additional service is scheduled 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Christopher's Catholic Church, 1840 N. Bruce St. Graveside services will follow.
